Privacy Policy - the basics

Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. It usually also includes a statement regarding the website’s commitment to protecting its visitors’ or customers’ privacy, and an explanation about the different mechanisms the website is implementing in order to protect privacy. 

 

Different jurisdictions have different legal obligations of what must be included in a Privacy Policy. You are responsible to make sure you are following the relevant legislation to your activities and location. 

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.

Questions

I already eat pretty healthy but still struggle with energy crashes and bloating. Will this help me?

How long until I see results?

 

Most women notice increased energy and reduced bloating within the first 2 weeks. Significant changes in body composition, mood stability, and food freedom typically happen around the 30-90 day mark. We ask that members commit to at least 90 days as it takes time to rewire neural pathways and create lasting change.

Is this just another wellness program with generic advice?

 

Not at all. This program addresses the ROOT causes of why you feel tired, bloated, and disconnected from your body - things like blood sugar dysregulation, hormone imbalances, and nervous system dysfunction. You get my exact protocols from working with hundreds of 1:1 clients, not surface-level wellness tips.

What if I can't stick to another program?

Do I need to give up foods I love?

Will I have to be on Facebook?

 

Definitely not. The Collective is housed in a private Circle platform - no Facebook required.

Is this for women only?

 

Yes, this program is designed specifically for women. Since we focus heavily on hormone optimization, cycle syncing, and women's unique metabolic needs, the content and community are tailored to the female experience and physiology.

 

Can I cancel anytime? Can I get a refund?

 

You can cancel your membership at anytime, however all sales are final for the month/s you are in the Collective.

You get direct access to me through monthly group coaching calls, daily community support, and detailed implementation guides. While this isn't 1:1 coaching, you'll get personalized attention and answers to your specific questions during our live calls.
